Fall Madlax Academy Sessions Finalized

3.    Positional and/or Speed Workouts (for U9 - Seniors)
These are FREE and included for all Madlax All-Stars who are part of the Academy (u9-2014 class). These are more than just practices. Most of these focused workouts are NON-CONTACT so there is very minimal risk of injury but BRING FULL PADS as occasionally we willl go 4v4 or 6v6. We will split into multiple groups on the two fields by age to increase reps. We will run shooting, dodging, defense, goalie and face-off specific coaching and drills. These workouts are a FANTASTIC opportunity and advantage and a great way to get better this fall!  Most Fridays we will also do 30 minutes of speed and explosion training. It is run by a certified speed coach, Coach Justin Kavanaugh, one of the best speed and strength trainers in the DC area! He can help you get faster and stronger!  One age group each week may have a normal spring-like team practice half field practice. We will input offenses, defenses, EMO and MDD as neccessary also for each age group so we perform better in games and tourneys.

Dates: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1

4:45-6pm for U9, U11, U13
6-7:30pm for U15 and ALL HS Grades 2014-17

Schedule: For 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 ONLY
4:30-6pm for U9, U11, U13, U15, All HS Grades 2014-17 (Note: We have 2 fields and will split by age for drills plus these workouts are generally lighter contact)
6-6:30pm Speed/Explosion Training for all Grades

4:30-6pm for All HS Grades 2014-2017 ONLY. Get ready for recruiting tournaments!
