The Madlax 2017 Orange team has had an impressive run thus far in 2015. The team competed in the King's Showcase, held in Golden Gate Park, January 10 & 11. Madlax finished with an untarnished record, winning the Championship Game in the Rising Stars/U17 Division, capped of with a 5-0 record.

The attack was led by Maxwell Pierce at X and demonstrated fantastic poise, attacking at the right times and slowing the pace after long defensive stands. Defenders Matt Jackson and Conor Slevin anchored the defense, while freshmen LSM/FO/Defender Henry Tunney controlled the face-off X and pushed numerous transition opportunities. Zac Jacobsen led the midfield, ripping corners on a regular basis. The entire team contributed every game and the team's success could not have been so without all of the players!

When we hold true to this requirement, we are highly successful". Isaiah Blomgren took the majority of face-offs at Sandstorm, showing his continued improvement at the position. With a roster of 16, in hot and sunny weather, the team used their conditioning to outdo opponents and creative consistent opportunities in transition.
