Using our experience, relationships, motivation, and proven consulting techniques we feel the Madlax College Recruiting Consulting Program will clearly guide players and their families throughout the seemingly overwhelming college recruiting process. It is open and available to 9th, 10th and 11th grade Madlax and Non-Madlax All-Stars. Madlax All-Stars SAVE $100/Month, a 33% discount, in this program.

Using our experience, relationships, motivation, and proven consulting techniques we feel the Madlax Recruiting Consulting Program (MRCP) can clearly guide players and families throughout the seemingly overwhelming college recruiting process. This program is not a recruiting service and does not guarantee athletic scholarships or even college admittance. We simply will use a proven process that guides you month by month, answering all your questions, and makes sure you have a massive advantage over thousands of others in this college recruiting world. For most parents and players there are many unknowns in college recruiting and so we aim to make sure you are all aware of all the steps to take to ensure you being recruited fairly and properly. Below you will see dozens of those who have used our services and currently attend college and play lacrosse. We are happy to give you contact information for any of those families for reference.
MadLax has recently partnered with CaptainU, the premier online college lacrosse recruiting company, to provide FREE recruiting expertise and online tools to MRCP members. CaptainU provides an online platform that helps athletes connect with college coaches and manage the recruiting process. In addition to dynamic player profiles that athletes can provide to coaches, CaptainU offers online software which walks athletes step-by-step through the recruiting process. This includes helping you find the ‘right fit’ school, providing access to thousands of college coaches, and positioning for scholarships.
An interested parent of a potential college recruit should e-mail Mr. Maddux to request participation in the Madlax Recruiting Consulting Program (MRCP) for their son. Academic credentials, character and skill assesment will be requested and/or made to determine if the applicant will be admitted into this program. We only accept motivated students who have proven they will work hard to achieve their goal of playing college lacrosse in a D1, D2, or D3 program. We will not help anyone who is unsure or ok with playing club lacrosse in college. If accepted an initial meeting is scheduled, initiation payment is made and a commitment form is signed by a parent. You will then be consulted until the day you receive a letter of admission from a college admission office or you verbally commit to an NCAA college. Packages can never be cancelled as it is very competitive to be admitted to this program (we only plan to accept up to 10 student-athletes a year). Payment is simply a credit card set up as a recurring monthly debit.
Cabell Maddux founded Team MADLAX All-Stars in 1996. This team is for elite level lacrosse boys ages 8 through 19. It is an all-star program for young men who live or attend high school in the DC metropolitan area. Team Madlax is recognized as one of the premier all-star teams by college coaches every year. Coach Maddux has been involved in the college recruiting process since 1995 when he was coaching in college at the University of Delaware. Since then he has helped hundreds of young men achieve their life dream of playing collegiate lacrosse. Coach Maddux has been a high school head coach for 14 years and is the owner and founder of Madlax Sports, a leader in the lacrosse specialty store market nationally. He has professional and personal relationships with college head coaches at every level. It is his goal to make this seemingly overwhelming recruiting process simple for the families and players who he advises.

For all current Sophomores who are part of MADLAX All-Stars. Although we would love to able to continue completely free consulting for EVERYONE in the Madlax All-Star program it has become overwhelming and impossible due to the enormity of time spent assisting many over the years. We will still provide a starting point FOR FREE in the recruiting process for all those Sophomores who make the team each year. We know this is a vital starting period for recruiting and we want to start all madlax sophomores off on the right foot as they begin the recruiting process. Madlax also offers a FREE recruiting seminar each fall where we bring in an expert to speak.

Open and available to 9th, 10th and 11th grade current Madlax all-stars.
Non-Madlax All-Stars Package: Cost $300/month
Open to 3 players who are NOT part of the Madlax All-Sars program. lt inlcudes all the benefits of levels 1 and 2. Players must start this in 9th or 10th grade for it to be effective. It offers and includes all the same from the Madlax All-Stars packege above.
Note: Additional advisors may be added as neccessary upon approval from clients.
