Who: 6th-12th grade boys who are very advanced who we think will respond well to elite coaching and training. 9-12th graders will be kept together.
Experience: 5+ years of experience.
Class Size: 12-24 Boys upon approval.
Note: This clinic is not for everyone. All players should register and then our Directors will confirm your participation after review. All players not accepted in FELT sessions will automatically participate in our Intermediate clinics focusing on the exact same four areas.

Equipment: Full pads required (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick). Also you must wear cleats. All lacrosse apparel and equipment is found conveniently at Madlax Shop in McLean (1368 Chain Bridge Road) or in our online store at www.Madlax.com/shop.
Description of each FELT Sessions: see below...
DEFENSE: Advanced footwork, Stick positioning, stickwork, checks, sliding, off-ball and clearing focus.
OFFENSE: Advanced Dodging and Shooting Sessions.
GOALIE: Advanced Footwork, Hand Movements, Saving and Clearing Sessions, Mindset.
FACE-OFF: Advanced offensive and defensive moves, counters and wing play.

5 minutes (4:55-5:00): Introduction and general overview of the goal of the sessions
10 minutes (5:00-5:10): Warm-up Footwork
20 minutes (5:10-5:30): Approach Work
25 minutes (5:30-6:00): 1v1 Work
5 minutes (6:00-6:05): Closing comments / things to work on before next session
15 minutes (5:00-5:15): Intro and Warm-Up
15 minutes (5:15-5:30): Fundamentals Focus
20 minutes (5:30-5:50): Live Reps
10 Minutes (5:50-6:00): Competition and Accuracy
5pm: Dynamic and Face Off warm up. (Helmet and Gloves). Drills include Exits, chops, Clamps, hand speed, different whistle cadences, resistance work, ground balls with pressure, and Ball distribution.
5:20: Strategy and Counters. Will talk and demonstrate high level counters used at the college and pro level.
5:30: Face-Off drills. Will partner up and do 50/100 (clamps with pressure), ball hand grabs, Tee Pee drill, and situational lives vs counters. Working into full lives.
5:40: Live Face-Offs and competition. King of the hill, tournaments. Will rotate partners to maximize reps against different Face-Off styles.
5:50: Face-offs to fast break shooting. Working on fast breaks off the Face-off into shooting. Working on our burst of speed, handling the ball, and taking it to the rack!
6pm. Questions and breakdown the session, overview. What to work on...

- Sparked Johns Hopkins’ 15-7 win at Penn State in the B1G Quarterfinals as he had 12 saves and allowed just six goals in 59:53; he also had six GBs in the win.
- Recorded 12 saves, including five in the fourth quarter, to fuel a 12-10 win over #6 Rutgers in the Big Ten Semifinals.
