Madlax Capital Girls Winter Lacrosse League Winter 2025–26 Season

Since 2016, the Capital Girls Lacrosse League (CGLL) has been the DMV’s original and ultimate girls’ box lacrosse league. This winter, Madlax and Beltway Lacrosse are joining forces to elevate the experience by combining Beltway’s deep Sixes expertise with Madlax’s proven reputation for excellence. The result is the best winter lacrosse league in the DMV, offering fast, fun, and competitive play in a world-class facility.

CGLL - Capital Girls Lacrosse League Details

Winter 2025-26 will be the 5th season of the Capital Girls Lacrosse League powered by Beltway Lacrosse!   

  • All games on Sundays at the Dulles SportsPlex on their newer field turf fields!  
  • Games start conveniently between 12pm - 7pm. 
  • For Girls in K-12th Grades. 
  • Game Dates: 12/7, 12/14, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1 (Ships!)
  • ONLY $200 thru 11/1/25. Then it is $275. SAVE $75!
  • Youngest players and teams will go earliest starting at 12pm and we will work our way up to the oldest players and teams later in the afternoon! 
  • Season includes up to 7 games. 6 Regular Season plus a Championship on 2/1
  • Format: A unique blend of box lacrosse benefits (tight spaces, boards, quick decision-making) with the pace of Olympic Sixes (5 field players + goalie). The board system keeps the ball in play, creating more touches, more possessions, and more action. Games Only, No Practices.
  • Player Development: More ground balls, more dodging, and more shooting opportunities — all in a fast-paced, high-repetition environment that accelerates skill growth. The perfect setting for winter training.
  • Team Reversibles Provided
  • Professional Referees and Game/Field coordinators provided
  • Play with the latest Rules!
  • Divisions will be organized for both travel and rec players 
  • Players from same rec programs, school or travel teams will be kept together
