Winter 2022-23 will be the third season of the Capital Girls Lacrosse League held indoors at the Dulles Sportsplex on Sundays!  

• Fast-paced 6v6 (5v5 plus goalie), modified box-style with field dimensions and boards with clears after goals

The CGLL completed the most recent season at capacity with 28 teams, over 400 players and 36 All-Stars in the league! Congrats to our 2022 Champions Lightridge Blue (HS), Pride White 2026 (Junior Elite) and Pride Wildcats (Future Elite).

PLAYERS: 3rd-12th grade teams and individual players welcome.  
DAY: Sundays only!
DATES: Dec. 4, 11, 18, Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29.
TIMES: Games are played between 12-6pm only.
LOCATION: Dulles Sportsplex, Sterling, VA
COST: $2990 before 11.15 then $3600 per team
