Madlax offers many positional and specific lacrosse clinics and training for boys and girls ages 5-18, PK-12th grades, of all skill levels and positions each fall. Madlax has experienced and dedicated teachers of the game for each positional clinic. 

At Madlax we believe that every level player must keep improving and our clinics are the perfect place to do this. We hope your child(ren) will join us in one of our positional or specialty clinics.

1. SHOOTING & DRAW CONTROLS. 3rd-12th graders. Intermediate-Advanced Level. 3 or more seasons of experience.  
2. SCOOPERS. PK-3rd graders. An introductory clinic for girls with 0-2 seasons of experience.  
3. RIPPERS. 1st-4th graders. Intermediate level. 2-4 seasons of experience. 
4. GOALIES.  3rd-12th graders. Intermediate-Advanced Level. 2 or more seasons of experience.  This is a co-ed clinic run by the boys incredible goalie coach, Harrison Holak.

Details:  Intermediate to Advanced Girls Only. After properly being warmed up we will go into 60 minutes of shooting, dodging and draw controls.

Techniques and practices will be taught to be the best draw control center on your team, best 1on1 dodger and lead scorer! The clinic  is divided evenly between shooting, dodging and draw controls for all skill levels.  Advanced players should attend as they will definitely learn and be challenged.
Draw controls covered: Push, Pull, Self, Mini-hands, Fake and more.
Dodges covered: Split, Speed, Inside Roll, Outside Roll, Finalizer, Rocker, S Dodges and more. 
Shots covered: Overhand, underhand, sidearm, 3/4 arm, bouncers, low-high, high-low, fakes and more. 
Fun and challenging drills with massive repetitions will enable mastery.

Details:  Girls with 0-2 seasons of experience. This is the foundation of all clinics and where many of the best players in the greater DC area start! No one coaches this age better than Madlax in the greater DC area. This clinic teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse; scooping, catching, passing, shooting, defense in a fun atmosphere. Outstanding Madlax All-Stars coaches will run drills and play games that emphasize proper technique. The girls will typically have some sort of modified scrimmage live about half of each class. We want to be sure that all the campers have a memorable and positive experience with the sport so they start to build a passion for the game. Our experienced coaches will ensure safety in this clinic and be sure to match size accordingly. We will evaluate players the first day and group and place accordingly if necessary. Details:  After a season or two of Scoopers (or comparable experience) girls are typically ready for Rippers! This is the foundation of all clinics and where many of the best players in the greater DC area started! No one coaches this age better than Madlax in the greater DC area. This clinic teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse at an intermediate level; scooping, catching, passing, shooting, defense in an uptempo practice and game-like settings. We will always play 15-30 minutes of modified games so they can continue to develop game understanding and have fun. Outstanding Madlax All-Stars coaches will run challenging drills and modified games while emphasizing proper technique. Box style simply means 5v5's. We will also teach evens; 1v1's, 2v2's and 4v4's and unevens; 2v1's 3v2's and 4v3's at a basic level.
